Delete Your NovaOrbis Account

You can request deletion of your NovaOrbis account and personal data at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request. Choose either method below.

Method 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open NovaOrbis on your phone.
  2. Sign in if needed.
  3. Tap your profile icon (bottom-right) to open Profile.
  4. Tap the Settings icon (top-right).
  5. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion. Your account will be removed and you will be signed out.

Method 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address on your account to:

support@novaorbis.com

Include in the email:

We will verify your identity and process your request within 7–30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

For legal, financial, and safety reasons, a limited subset of data may be retained after account deletion:

These records are kept only as long as legally required and then deleted.

Processing timeframe

Account and personal data deletion is completed within 7–30 days of receiving your request.
