Child Safety & Protection Policy

Zero Tolerance. NovaOrbis has zero tolerance for child
sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any content or behavior that
endangers minors.
1. Adults Only — 18+
- NovaOrbis is strictly for adults 18 years of age and older.
- Users under 18 are prohibited from creating accounts or using the Service.
- Submitting false age information is a violation of our Terms of Service and grounds for permanent ban.
- We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from anyone under 18.
2. If We Discover an Underage Account
- The account is suspended or permanently deleted immediately.
- Associated personal data is removed.
- The device may be blocked from re-registration.
- Where required by law, we report to relevant authorities.
3. Reporting
You can report underage users, abuse, exploitation, harassment, or inappropriate conduct in two ways:
- In the app: open the user's profile and tap Report. Choose “Underage” or “Child safety” where applicable.
- By email: contact support@novaorbis.com with the subject line “URGENT Child Safety Report”.
We treat every child-safety report as a priority.
4. Moderation & Investigation
- We actively moderate profiles, photos, videos, messages, voice, comments, and live streams.
- We use a combination of automated detection and human review.
- Every report of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation is investigated.
- Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
- Offending accounts are permanently banned.
5. Anti-Exploitation
- Solicitation of minors, grooming, sextortion, or trafficking are strictly prohibited and reported to law enforcement.
- Sharing, requesting, or producing CSAM is strictly prohibited and reported to law enforcement.
- Promoting access to platforms or content that exploits minors is strictly prohibited.
6. Compliance
NovaOrbis complies with:
- The Google Play Child Safety Standards for dating and social apps.
- Apple App Store child safety guidelines.
- Applicable child protection laws including COPPA, GDPR-K, and local equivalents.
- Mandatory reporting laws in jurisdictions where we operate.
7. For Parents & Guardians
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, or that a minor is using the Service, please contact support@novaorbis.com. We will delete the account and the associated data without delay.
8. For Law Enforcement
Law enforcement requests should be sent to support@novaorbis.com with the subject line “Law Enforcement Request”. We respond to lawful process and emergency disclosure requests promptly.
